Not far from Lake Vassiviere, close to the ancient town of Eymoutiers, the house at Masjoubert is situated in the middle of open countryside and woodland

Angling - different types of fishing....... lakes, ponds, rivers. Possibility of a fishing guide.

Canoe or kayaking on Lake Vassiviere or on the River Vienne.
Rambling........ a walkers map is available
Cycling...... bicycles are available for hire by prior reservation

The house at Masjoubert offers you five double bedrooms 7 days a week

Tarrifs for 2011 :

A bedroom for 1 or 2 people - 45 euros a night
each room has a bed 6ft x 6ft 6 inches,en-suite shower room and TV
Our four legged friends may stay for 4 euros each per night

SPECIAL OFFER: For seven consecutive nights, one night is offered free of charge i.e the cost of a weeks stay is 6 x 45 = 270 euros per room

Restaurant service is available, by prior arrangement, at the owners inn, the Ranch des Lacs (just next door)

Breakfast is served between 0730am and 0930am. A classic breakfast costs 7 euros per person and a country breakfast is 10 euros per person.
A visit to the extensive wine celler and a wine tasting is avaiable by prior arrangement
Restaurant service is available at both lunchtimes and evenings, a la carte and set menus using local produce. Speciality oif the house is beef from the famous local Limousine breed of cattle
The owners' swimming pool (18 metres x 6 metres) is at the disposal of the guests at the house at Masjoubert.
