The first Cep mushrooms arrived at the Ranch des Lacs on Sunday 31st July 2011.Omlettes, snails, grills, fillet of limousin beef, all can be accompanied by ceps Depuis dimanche 31 juillet 2011 les cèpes sont arrivés au Ranch des Lacs,omelettes, escargots, toast, pavé de boeuf de race limousine, tous peuvent être accompagnés d'une fricassée de cèpes.....

Since Sunday 31stjuly 2011 we have been receiving cps mushrooms at the Ranch des Lacs They are used to flavour omlettes, snails from Maussac (19) , grilled cep dishes with garlic and parsley and the fillet of limousine beef from local producers. It's a marvel!
